Terms and conditions

By downloading or using the Rodeo APPS (Quiz Rodeo) apps you accept these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the apps.
Educational content, not professional advice. The questions and explanations are for studying and review. They do not replace academic training, your institution's protocols or the judgment of a health professional. Do not use them to make clinical decisions.
1. Use of the apps
- The apps are free and funded by ads.
- You must be at least 13 years old to use them.
- You are responsible for the activity on your account. You can delete it whenever you want (how to delete your account).
2. Public profile and community rules
- Your name, photo, country and the social media you add are shown to other players. Use appropriate information and add only your own accounts: do not impersonate other people.
- Do not use names, photos or social media with offensive, discriminatory, sexual, violent or promotional content.
- Ratings (👍 ❤️ 🧠 🌟) are for recognizing other players: do not use them to harass anyone or to manipulate the ranking with fake accounts.
- We may remove a photo, name or social media link that breaks these rules and suspend the account.
3. Fair play
- Do not try to alter scores, medals, ratings or rankings with external tools, or attack or overload our servers.
- We may remove from the rankings or suspend accounts that break these rules.
4. Certification exam and certificates
The certificate shows that you passed the app's practice exam, with the result and date that appear on it. It is not a degree, a license or a professional or official accreditation, and it does not replace assessments by educational institutions or professional bodies. It must bear your real name and you may not alter it; we may cancel certificates obtained by cheating. Anyone can check its authenticity with the verification code on this website.
5. Medals, coins and rankings
Points, coins, medals and ratings have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for money and may be adjusted to correct errors or abuse. The medal table rules (for example, the percentage of correct answers for each medal) may change to keep the game fair.
6. “Remove ads” purchase
It is a one-time payment processed through Google Play that removes ads in the app where you bought it, linked to your Google Play account. Optional videos to earn coins remain available. Refunds are governed by Google Play's refund policies.
7. Content and intellectual property
The questions, texts, designs and trademarks of the apps belong to Rodeo APPS or their authors. You may not copy or redistribute them without permission. You keep the rights to your profile photo and allow us to show it within the apps while you have your account. If you find an error in a question, report it from the app: it helps us improve.
8. Availability and liability
We work to keep the apps running at all times, but they may have interruptions or errors. The apps are provided “as is” and, to the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages arising from their use, from the use of the educational content or from the content of other users' social media you access from a profile.
9. Privacy
How your data is handled is explained in the privacy policy.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. We will publish the current version on this page with its date; if you keep using the apps after a change, you accept the new terms.
